Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I pay the registration fee via Bank transfer? May you provide me BIC and IBAN number?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by Bank transfer. However you have the choice of various credit cards as announced in the registration system. Alternatively, there will be a possibility to pay the "Late Registration" fee cash (in EUR) on-site. Note that this option is only applicable for attendees that do not need to upload a paper in advance.
Q: I want to register as a student. What do I have to consider?
A: To apply for a reduced registration fee, you need to be a student and send an appropriate student proof (ID, letter of confirmation) to the registration chair This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please make sure you bring the student proof in original to the IV. We reserve the right to check the student proof on-site in Alcalá de Henares. Note, that Student (reduced) registration does not allow paper uploads!
Q: I want to submit multiple papers. How is the common procedure? Who can I give the complementary registration to?
A: Authors with multiple papers must pay at least one full registration. Each further paper can be uploaded for a reduced fee of 385 Euro. That fee for extra uploads will come with one additional complementary registration for another (student!) author on the paper. In order to claim the complementary registration, please contact the registration chair This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   and provide information of your Name, all Paper titles, all Authors on the papers and the Name of the co-author you want to give the complementary registration. The complementary registration will then be set up and the co-author can login via ITSC Papercept to customize his registration. Note, that a student proof of the co-author is required, as mentioned above.
Q: I have Problems, submitting the final version of my paper.
A: Check following: Are you corresponding author? Did you already register with a full registration (no student)? Has your paper more than 6 pages and did you pay the overlength fee?
Q: How can I pay the paper overlength fee?
A: Perform a full registration, login to ITSC Papercept in order to submit the paper and specify the paper length. If your paper has more than 6 pages, the system will state that you have to pay an overlength fee, first. Update your registration page by purchasing additional pages. After the payment is complete, you should be allowed to upload your overlength paper.
